Days Inn by Wyndham Carthage

Sometimes a traveler simply needs a bed, shower, good cuppa joe. If that describes you, I recommend this facility. Clean, updated, safe, secure and reasonably priced. Perfect for travelers needing a stopover for the night. I am designating this site my go-to for future east-west jaunts.

One of the nicest Days Inn I've ever stayed. Beautifully remodeled rooms and bathroom. No old furniture or dirty carpet. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend a room on the second floor as the first floor rooms open to the outside. Also avoid facing the Arbys or you will hear their drive thru.

Marissa checked us in and out; she was very kind and explained everything. She was honest, telling us there was a big ole goup of kiddos staying for an event hoping we would have some understanding and decorum. Which of course we did; it's their vacation too, and they sure were excited! There was a man that was also there assisting who was nice as well. They both made sure we had everything we needed and provided us woth information. Well, late into the evening my mom and I had a disagreement on the air conditioner settings. I lost and had to go to the front to ask for an extra blanket. I believe her name was Angie, but she was about as sweet as pie. Gave me two blankets (I wasn't sharing though) and told me where to get a cold pop. Well, for sleeping away from home it wasnt a bad stay. We appreciated how kind folks were. Our rooms were pretty snazzy too

Even with a hoard of Italians checking in all at once, the front desk clerk was as polite as possible and worked with excellent efficiency! She made check in very delightful. The rooms were clean and more than sufficient! Bed was very comfortable. No coffee maker, unfortunately, but no complaints at all other than that.

The front desk for Melinda that checked me in was very sweet very helpful. She was new, but it was very refreshing to see someone that actually has great customer service bravo !

Convenient service, clean room, good proximity to downtown Carthage, within walking distance. Plenty of room to park oversize vehicles and complimentary breakfast. Great value for what was a very affordable price!

We drive late last night and to find this motel right off the interstate was so nice. The staff was very friendly when checking in. Our room was very clean. Loved the bed. Very comfortable. Room was quiet. Price was great! Coffee in the morning hit there as spot on our way out! Very recommended!

Some rooms are nicer than others. The average is 3 stars. They are clean. The several times we stayed for nearby family, our rooms were updated with comfortable beds. Our requests were honored. We travel with service animals with no issues. We are picky for breakfast so continental does not appeal but otherwise the breakfast area is clean and kept up. The property is secure and location is perfect for coffee fuel fast-food and back on the highway.
